Payments
Yes, in most cases, you can pay the delivery guy using UPI. However, if the delivery person does not have a UPI option, you will need to pay in cash.
Refunds for online orders usually take 3-5 working days to be reflected in your source account.
Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a 5-day replacement policy from the date of delivery. This policy allows you to return the product for a replacement or refund. We strive to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for our customers.

If you receive the wrong product with a COD order, we will provide you with a link where you can upload a picture of the product and share your bank details. The refund process typically takes 3-5 working days.
Shipping
Typically, packages are delivered within 4-5 days. However, delivery may sometimes take 5-8 days, depending on the distance and location.
We provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
